This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final for Handmade Items

1.1 Handmade Products

Because our budgeting envelopes and accessories are custom-made or produced in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

1.2 Personalized/Custom Orders

Customized items (including personalized text, colors, or special requests) are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

2. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

2.2 Requirements for Claims

If a return is authorized due to our error, we will cover return shipping.

If a return is approved in any other circumstance, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not issue refunds for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” Claims for such incidents must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
